Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was referred to this company by a friend who has used them multiple times. My kitchen sink was emptying slowly and the water was coming out from the bathroom sink in my basement. Alvin responded very quickly and sent me an employee the very next day! Problem was fixed within an hour!!!! Very efficient, professional and cordial company. They listened and took care of our need. 100% recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Landlord hired this company to maintenance boiler before winter! They came in said the working radiators wouldn't work so they took them out and installed baseboards! Try to turn heat on when it got cold! NO HEAT!! They then come back after a week of freezing to say the baseboards they installed will not work with the boiler! We had to have a new one installed! They finish the job but never checked our gas water heater after they shut it off!! Surprise surprise it now magically didn’t work! Thank god my landlord called a different plumber this time who came the very next day to install a new one!! I would never recommend Alvins!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Haven’t left a review yet until now. However, I’ve used Alvin’s Plumbing and heating for a few jobs now around my house. A plumbing job and recently boiler related repairs last year and this year. I always get an appointment quickly and they always stick to their appointments, often showing up early! If I do have an issue, they take ownership and send someone out to my house as soon as possible. Alvin answered my call after hours.

Matthew G has been the technician that has actually handled all my projects. Really awesome and personable. You don’t see that often these days, especially as companies become larger and larger.

As long as they are in business Alvin’s is the only plumber I will call hands down.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 9/25/24 Matthew Georgiades was a knowledgeable, punctual, and friendly gentleman. He effectively completed the task. He explained the project before it began and reviewed the final project with me when it was done. I recommend his work. I also liked that a text was sent to me with an eta and a pic of him so I knew he was heading this way.
